   By accessing and purchasing from this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our store.
   We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Orders
   All products are made-to-order and custom-made specifically for each customer.

Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has been placed:

• Orders cannot be modified
• Orders cannot be cancelled
• Custom selections cannot be changed

Submitting an order confirms acceptance of these terms.

3. Pricing & Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Online payments from all local banks in Curaçao
• Cash upon pickup or delivery (Curaçao only)

Direct Bank Transfer:

If you select Direct Bank Transfer at checkout:

• Your order will only be processed after payment confirmation has been received
• Production begins once payment is successfully verified
• Orders with unpaid transfers may be cancelled after a reasonable period

All prices are listed in the selected store currency and may change without notice.

Full payment is required before production begins.

4. Production & Delivery
   Orders close every 14 days.

After the order window closes:

• Production and delivery may take up to approximately 6 weeks
• Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

6. Reporing an issue

If there is a problem with your order (for example, you received the wrong item due to our error or the item arrived damaged), you must:

• Contact us within 72 HOURS from the time and date the package was delivered or made available for collection
• Provide your order number
• Provide a clear description of the issue
• Attach clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after the 72-hour window will not be accepted under any circumstances.All claims are reviewed individually. If the issue is verified as our error, we will determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
