Delivery is ONLY available for Curacao.
If you have an open balance on the date of delivery, please bring the EXACT amount in cash. Alternatively, an online transfer can be made on MCB (29592803) or BEFORE we meet.
We will contact you via email or what'sapp when the order is ready.
If on the date of delivery you are not present at the time agreed on, there will be a Fl. 15,00 penalty fee to be paid, otherwise you will NOT receive your item(s).
Worldwide shipping available.
Standard flat rate shipping is applied according to the provided shipping address.
For international shipments please note that shipping can take a while as we are located on an island.
International shipping may take up to 2-4 weeks.
At the moment we only accept online MCBb banking / deposit payments, or cash upon pickup / delivery for Curacao only.
Please note that when placing your order and using “Direct bank transfer” , we will only process your order after your payment has been confirmed.

Due to the nature of our pieces being custom made by order, unfortunately we cannot offer any returns or exchanges after the order payment is made.
The customer has up to 72 HOURS starting from the time and date you have received your items / agreed to retrieve his/her package(s) to issue a claim. After 72 HOURS. It is not possible to issue a claim anymore!
